PRE-CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT REVIEW

PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Assess the physical condition of existing real estate assets, including an evaluation of code compliance, ADA/FHAA regulations, and deferred maintenance concerns.
CONSTRUCTION LOAN MONITORING
Construction loan and progress monitoring services include; regular inspections of the construction project, monitoring the project schedule, reviewing change orders, potential change orders and lien waivers. Regularly scheduled meetings ensure our inspectors provide timely, consistent updates on site activity, creating short feedback loops with the client. We approach every project with the same care and attention as if it were our own investment. Any issues that arise during construction are reported immediately to keep the project on track.
